Our Story

Excellerate entered the UK market following the acquisitions of Templewood Services in 2017 and LCC in 2018. In 2019 the businesses were aligned and rebranded as Excellerate Services UK.

Our origin story began back in 1992 with the founding of LCC Support Services, a family owned and operated cleaning business covering London and the South East. In a similar vein, Templewood Services was founded in 2000 to deliver cleaning, hygiene and security services to blue chip clients across the UK. Founded in 1990, Excellerate Services acquired national contract cleaning specialist CCM Facilities Ltd in 2021. The acquisition combines, likeminded, value focused businesses now with an annual turnover of £45 million employing approximately 2,500 colleagues, operating in 700 locations.

The new Excellerate Services UK business retains all the best elements of the previous companies, with their well-earned reputation for quality services, skilled staff and thoughtful leadership along with a renewed focus on delivering through people, technology and innovation.
