Cleaning Services

Cleaning is in the genealogy and very lifeblood of our business and we have been servicing all sorts of buildings, both inside and out, for nearly 30 years.

Deep Cleaning

We have been delivering a range of specialist and deep cleaning tasks for many years and have recently expanded our self-delivery model to include:

COVID-19

When 2020 began, the global business outlook was already challenging and none of us could have imagined the extent of what was to come.

To support our customers and their clients in the fight against COVID-19 Excellerate have worked in partnership with a number of suppliers to develop an efficient and rapidly deployable treatment.

Through investment in Ballistic Virus Killer systems, developed in response to the outbreak, we are able to propel a targeted mist spray which delivers a fast and efficient surface coverage.

We chose this particular approach as it produces a mist, not a smoke or fog, and when applied correctly avoids the risk of setting off fire/smoke detection systems.

Alongside this we use a revolutionary new residual anti-microbial protection product, Z71 which lasts up to 30 days on surfaces, even after cleaning.

Security Services

Like our cleaning offer our experience within the security industry runs into decades, but we still pride ourselves on taking the time to find out each client’s individual requirements and transform them into a compelling offer. 

Excellerate Services UK Limited currently holds SIA approved contractor scheme (ACS) status for the provision of security guarding and keyholding.

We are able to provide bundled or standalone security services and our expertise covers multiple sectors – from blue chip finance, large corporate HQs and local government buildings to shopping centres, luxury brands and commercial & leisure sites.

Whatever the sector our aim is simple – to enhance security, deter threats & incidents and to act as ambassadors for our customers businesses - delivering discreet but effective services, our security team are representatives of our client’s public image

What differentiates us is the calibre of our people – our uniformed officers are stringently selected, vetted to BS7858:2019 and fully SIA licensed to deliver the chosen service.

On-going, we ensure continuity of service by providing our SIA ACS accredited front-line staff with the best training, a bespoke uniform along with support & guidance to keep them up-to-date with all necessary industry & legislative developments – safeguarding the highest levels of security and protection for our customers portfolios.

In addition to uniformed Security, we are well placed to deliver numerous additional services – with our Reception, Front of House, Concierge & Hosting staff adding value to our client’s teams and providing a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and guests.
