A New Integrated Payroll, HR & Absence Management System

LCC employ over 2000 employees, and delivers cleaning and allied services across the UK to 120 clients at over 750 locations. This week at Head Office we are busy implementing a new integrated Payroll, HR & Absence management system. We’re incorporating a new Employee Self Service portal as part of the implementation, in an attempt to eradicate paper payslips. This is a major project for the business and has required a global consultation of our workforce. We’re looking forward to help users access information quicker and more effectively, keeping remote team members up to speed.
