Our best-in-class Velocity system is the creation of our parent Excellerate Property Services in South Africa and, as such, its capability and flexibility is without constraint or limitation. Monitoring Performance

We help our clients be more competitive in the market place and add value to their business by measuring and monitoring the performance of sub service providers. We do this to ensure a right balance between savings and service quality. A dedicated Key Account Manager takes responsibility for each clients’ needs and requirements, as well as accountability for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that are designed and pre-agreed to match each client’s specific needs.

Our managers are equipped with smartphones and tablets which host the Velocity platform enabling them to conduct service monitoring quickly, efficiently and with far greater accuracy than traditional paper based methods. Velocity (incorporating Chase and Prof1t) will generate live updates of:-
